How do I buy an item?
I do a shop update every 4-5 weeks. All of the work I make in that time will be for sale here on this website. It will be released at a set time and date to allow a fair chance to everyone. I will announce the date on my Insta page and here on the shop page. Sign up to my newsletter to get advanced previews and notifications.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes I do. As I have mentioned I always recommend buying tracked shipping for US and non-EU counties but this remains your choice. Packing materials have been upgraded to avoid any breakages.
Can I ask for something specific?
As a creative the shop update will be filled with the items I have chosen to make over that month. If you would like a custom order I tend to open my books once a month after the shop update. I am only one person so when the slots are full I close the books. I only take custom orders for multiple items to make it economical.
What do I do if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
As a small independent maker I cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post. Unless you have chosen tracked postage where it will be insured and we can either arrange a refund or chase the shipping provider. If standard shipping was used I am sure you an understand I have very little control. That said I am always keen to help so please reach out to me.
What glazes do you use?
All of my glazes are combinations of commercial glazes. I don’t share my glaze recipes as this is my sole income and USP but also there are so many variables, such as the kiln type and temperature, the thickness of the glaze and so many more.
Do you offer workshops?
If you live in the UK I am happy to arrange a pottery experience day for you and one other. Price on request.
What sizes do you offer?
My mugs vary in size because they are made by me not a factory mould but the sizes are roughly as below;
STANDARD- 350-450ml or 11.8- 15.2 Fl oz
LARGE 450-550ml or 15.2- 18.6 Fl oz
SUPERSIZE- 550ml-700ml or 18.6 23.7 Fl oz
